Catalog > **NEW**POSH Pads Organic Reuseable Panty Liners

It's A Girl Thing PERIOD! So why not be economical, earth friendly, healthier for you , comfortable and yeah make it fun!
Cloth pads are reusable, so rather than throwing about 20-30 or more
pads away each month, your supply of cloth pads will last you around 5
years, perhaps up to about 10 years.
A few other reasons to start using cloth:
~Cheaper than disposables in the long run.
~ Much Less waste for you to throw away.
~ Reusable (better for the environment + saving you money).
~ Always on hand - Never have to make the dash to get more.
~ Feels softer than disposables.
~Tends to be less "sweaty" feeling than disposables.
~ May lessen the chance of getting thrush (than using disposables).
But how do you use them? Gross you say?
Really they are easy to use and you will find them no more gross then
washing and wearing those pretty lace panties after a days wear.
Mother's who cloth diaper, wash and then put those cute little diapers
back on their precious babes bums...don't they?
Aaah now I've got your attention and it's not sounding so bad! At first
it will be different, I think you will find mostly in a good way. No
wrapping gobs of toilet paper around your disposable pads or tampons to
hide them in the trash. Its wasteful and bad for the environment
anyways. NO rushing to the store when your "monthly" visitor decides to
come when your box of tampons or pads is empty...because now you have
your very own, comfortable and cute pads at all times. Keep them in a
nice basket under the sink or beside the "porcelain".
Simple wrap, snap and go! Then when you are ready to change to a clean
one...here are a few suggestions on how to keep them nice and clean:
You can pop the used pad into a bucket of water to soak and put on a
fresh pad or you may want to rinse out your pad straight away (or leave
it as it is) and add to your next load of washing, or even hand wash
straight away. You can lay flat or hang the pad out to dry. Cloth pads
can be hand washed or machine washed. If they are soaked or rinsed out
straight away (in cold water) they should be less likely to stain. If
the pad is allowed to dry out before washing it is more likely to
stain. *******DO NOT use softners on your pads, as they prevents them
from absorbing.
I recommend a natural more earth friendly wash for your pads like
Rockin The Green or Soap Nuts! There are a lot of great alternatives
out and about...You can even do a search and find
wonderful shops who make great suds!
