Sujit Choudhry is known for his knowledge on the matter of comparative law. The comparative law deals with cases and proceedings that are conducted referencing a landmark case or past event that the court might have ruled on. Sujit Choudhry also conducts research in the comparative law which includes the methodology of constitutional design.
